Cannabinoids for Whole Body and Soul Health
Our CBD oil is legal in all 50 states, no permit or prescription is required.
Our line of CBD products contain the highest quality hemp oil available imported from Norway; 100% Natural/Organic, CO2 Extracted, Gluten Free, Non GMO, No Heavy Metals or Insecticides. Batch tested using Ultra Performance Convergence Chromatography.
During the import process the FDA, DEA and Homeland Security hold the hemp paste in quarantine and test to assure it complies with Federal regulations.
February 6, 2004, Federal Court Ruling Nos. 03-71366, 03-71693 every US citizen can legally use CBD oil.
Once the CBD rich hemp paste is in our possession, we further extract the CBD with ethanol and Ultra Performance Convergence Chromatography. This process uses high pressure CO2 as a solvent to separate the CBD from non active organic compounds in our cGMP lab. This is the same process GW Pharmaceuticals of England uses to extract CBD for use in Sativex, the worlds first prescription pharmaceutical made from cannabis extract. Because we follow these industry standards, our CBD oil is the most effective and of the highest quality on the market today.

Recognizing Hemp’s Potential
In 2003, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services filed a U.S. patent on CBD (#6630507) that covers CBD treatment for various neurodegenerative and inflammatory disorders. Because of the February 6, 2004, Federal Court Ruling Nos. 03-71366, 03-71693, every US citizen can legally use CBD (extracted from industrial hemp high in CBD without illegal amounts of THC).
The American medical community had come to believe (or been “brain washed”) in the years following the 1937 Marijuana Tax Act that cannabis had no use as a medicine. Only now have they come full circle on cannabis, realizing what their predecessors knew 100 years ago.
CBD oil is simply the most exciting outcome from this current thinking regarding cannabis. Their belief is that CBD oil is not negative or illegal but that it should be embraced and used for its many health benefits. As a result of his investigative reporting, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, CNN, completely changed his stance on medical marijuana, cannabis and hemp. (Prior to his research, he thought people “needed” medical marijuana to justify getting “high”).
Dr. Gupta featured CBD miracle stories in his special documentary series called “Weed” that first aired in 2013. The world was astonished by the people he profiled and the positive effects CBD oil has proven to have on human health. Dr. Mehmet Oz, known from “Oprah” and current host of his own TV show and ABC News Chief, Health and Medical Editor, Dr. Richard Besser have also been convinced of the beneficial properties of CBD.
Cannabis (/ˈkænəbɪs/) is a genus of flowering plant that includes three species (and seven taxa) or subspecies, sativa, indica, and ruderalis. The plant is indigenous to central Asia and the Indian subcontinent.
Cannabis has long been used for hemp fibre, for hemp oils, for medicinal purposes, and as a recreational drug. Industrial hemp products are made from cannabis plants selected to produce an abundance of fiber. To satisfy the UN Narcotics Convention, some cannabis strains have been bred to produce minimal levels of tetrahydrocannabinol(THC), the principal psychoactive constituent. Many plants have been selectively bred to produce a maximum of THC (cannabinoids), which is obtained by curing the flowers. Various compounds, including hashish and hash oil, are extracted from the plant. Globally, in 2013, 60,400 kilograms of cannabis were produced legally. In 2013 between 128 and 232 million people are thought to have used cannabis as a recreational drug (2.7% to 4.9% of the global population between the ages of 15 and 65).
The pharmaceutical industry is using Nano Technology for targeted drug delivery of various anti-cancer drugs, vaccines, photo sensitizers and other therapeutic agents. American Shaman now uses this technology to create nano emulsions (particles) that provide the ultimate bioavailability (the degree and rate of absorption) of cannabinoids.
Studies show that nano particles are 9 times more bioavailable than larger particles. Nano particles are so tiny they travel directly through your stomach and into your bloodstream. Equally as important this tiny size delivers the cannabinoids to a much greater service area. Picture a basketball full of BB's sitting on your kitchen floor. It only covers a small portion of the floor. Now picture the basketball breaking open and all those BB's spilling out. They spread over the entire floor. This is what our proprietary nano system does--it breaks large lipid balls full of cannabinoids down thousand of times to the molecular level. The smaller the particle size, the easier it is for it to enter the cells of your body (your cells to absorb it).
Every time you cut the emulsion in half, you increase its surface area by 8 times. This process greatly increases the potency and delivery time of our product. Nano emulsions are created using extremely high shear force to break oil into microscopic droplets. During the high shear process emulsifiers are added that surround the oil droplets. The emulsifiers have two sides; one that is attracted to oil (Lipophilic) and the other that is attracted to water (Hydrophilic). The emulsifiers form a complex film around the oil droplets that keeps them from forming larger droplets and separating from the water. Nano emulsions are shelf stable and will never come out of suspension as the particles are so small they are constantly spun by universal vibrations.
In summary: Nano emulsions are water soluble, more potent, absorbed faster and last longer than conventional delivery methods.
